Coombs Barn Weddings in the Classic Finished Barn

The Classic Finished Barn has a multi-room layout with heat, air conditioning, indoor bathrooms and access to a warming kitchen for caterers. Tables and chairs included in rental prices.

ANY EVENT at COOMBS BARN WHERE ALCOHOL IS INVOLVED WILL REQUIRE PROOF OF EVENT INSURANCE or TO USE A CATERER WITH A LIQUOR LICENSE.

  • Elizabeth Room – 2600 sq ft. Seats approx. 175
  • Front Room – 630 sq ft. Seats approx. 40
  • Back Room – 500 sq ft. Seats approx. 35

Saturdays Only | 175 people max

Includes use of the Elizabeth Room, Front Room, Back Room and kitchen as needed by the caterer for warming purposes.

10 am to 10 pm (Additional time $300/hour but event must conclude by 10 pm)

Setup & cleaning

Set up and clean up times to be included in the 12 hour booking.

Assistant

Wedding Day Assistant – $75/hour

Friday night setup

$1000 additional for Friday night set-up (6-9 pm)

Sunday morning cleanup

$1000 additional for Sunday Morning clean up (9 am to noon).

Add-Ons to the Classic Finished Barn
  • Wagon Ride Around the Farm with Visit to Barnyard Animals (any age) – $150 per wagonload (up to 60 people)
  • Barrel Train Rides (children only) – $50 for up to 30 minutes
  • Crop Picking (any age) – TBD based on season and pricing.
  • Rustic Barn – $150/hour
Alcohol use policy

Any event at Coombs Barn where alcohol is involved will require proof of event insurance or to use a caterer with a liquor license.

Event Insurance:
Homeowners policies will often add on a one day event policy or please reach out to Amanda at Coombs Barnyard at 609-364-2520 for further suggestions.
